To save paper, printer ink and the Parish Clerk's shoe leather we are instigating email notification of publication of the Parish Newsletter.

We are also going to do the same with the minutes of the Parish Council - something you wouldn't normally see unless you look at the Parish noticeboard.

Publishing and distributing the Parish Newsletter also costs money as well as time. The money we will save will be better used to the advantage of the Parish.

It is not our intention to fill your email inbox with large documents.  Instead, from time to time, probably less than once a month, you will receive a notice of 2 or 3 lines that either the newsletter or minutes have been updated and given the link to the updated document so you can read it at your leisure. 

The newsletter and minutes will be published on this web site.   In fact, the latest minutes are here already.

If you have an email account and are agreeable to being notified of  updates to parish notices in this fashion then please subscribe to this service using the form below.  We need your address so that we don't send you a paper copy as well. 

Your email and/or address details will not be shared with any third party.  The Parish Council is registered under the Data Protection Act - registration number Z9634671. 

So let's save a tree and inconvenience a few electrons instead - please sign up for the email notification.
